Monitoring

A manual increase of the allocated capacity has allowed for the impacted resources to recover with no further actions required.
We will ensure to have pre-scaled resources to account for the risk of the unplanned server maintenance resulting in reboots of our service instances.

The unplanned maintenance has been given a 14-day window from our Cloud provider, and we will monitor the impact continuously.

Unplanned service reboots due to unplanned maintenance in our cloud infrastructure are resulting in resource constraints for certain services. Manual override of capacity allocation has been set in motion and should result in stable operations within a short time.

Automatic alerts have been fired notifying us of increased response times or drops in responses in general. We are actively investigating the cause at this time.
