From 9:00 to 11:30 CET we've experience unusual high load on our systems which resulted in slow apps and portal experiences.
In an attempt to mitigate these issues, the apps become partially unreachable from 11:30 to 11:40 CET.

Apps, Portal and API are back to normal speeds again now.
